July 2025 SQE2 results now out

Results from the latest SQE2 sitting in July have been released to candidates. The data shows a pass rate of 79% among first-time candidates and an overall pass rate of 76% across the 959 candidates who sat the exam.

The July 2025 sitting marked the third time scaled scoring was applied to SQE2 results, bringing the assessment in line with the approach used for SQE1. Candidates now receive a score out of 500, with a scaled pass mark of 300. This makes it easy to compare results across sittings. Read more about scaled scoring for SQE2.
